1. Digital services only
All LEADOS LABS services are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping or courier charges.
2. How we deliver
- Ads campaigns: run inside your (or our managed) Meta Business account, with reports on WhatsApp/email.
- Websites & software: deployed online to your domain/hosting, with access and files shared by email or cloud drive.
- Mobile apps: delivered as test builds and published on Apple App Store / Google Play.
- Documents, invoices and reports: shared by email or WhatsApp.
3. Delivery timelines
Start date and delivery timeline are stated in your proposal or invoice. Typical timelines: landing page 5–10 working days, website 2–4 weeks, software and apps as per project scope, ads campaigns live within 3–7 working days after onboarding. Service starts after payment confirmation and receipt of required content/access.
4. Delivery confirmation
You will receive confirmation on email or WhatsApp at each delivery milestone. If you have not received a deliverable by the agreed date, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
